Service of Court process in Merseyside provide firms of solicitors and Government Departments nationwide with alt an unparalleled facility for the service of legal documents throughout the County of Merseyside.

These functions are carried out by our process servers and agents, who all have an intimate knowledge of Merseyside, its commerce and various constituent areas and members of the local communities.

Our objective is to have the relevant papers served and returned to our instructing clients with the required proof of service, whether that be a Certificate, Statement or Affidavit of Service, within 14 days following receipt of instructions – but service would be immediate in circumstances involving Family Law and Children Act matters, due to many family issues incorporating Non-Molestation Injunctions, which of necessity must be served at the earliest possible time following issue by the Court.

In instances when personal service cannot be effected, with the consent of our clients we would effect Substituted Service of documents, in Insolvency Act matters following the Practice Directions, or in relation to Bankruptcy Petitions we would draft and swear Affidavits or Statements in Support of Applications for Substituted Service of relevant documents.

All of our process servers are mature individuals who have had appropriate training, they are all respectful of the rights of individuals who they are required to serve with Court process. alt They have generally been performing this type of function for ten or more years, consequently they are all suitably experienced. Additionally they are all familiar with the legal requirements governing the drafting of all forms of Affidavits, Statements and Certificates of Service and the need for compliance with the relevant statutes.
